Benchwood Chambers was founded on a singular conviction: that the practice of law is, at its core, a service of trust. Over the course of 25 years in legal practice — including 13 years embedded within some of the UAE's most reputable law firms — we have developed a rare depth of understanding across litigation, arbitration, corporate law, and regulatory affairs in this jurisdiction.

Our experience spans complex international arbitrations before leading institutions, high-value commercial disputes, and cross-border real estate transactions across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We bring to each engagement a trilingual capability in Arabic, English, and French, complemented by a Master's degree in Banking & Finance from Université de Bordeaux — equipping us to serve a diverse and sophisticated clientele with both legal precision and commercial acumen.
